Morrison Foerster has advised Berlin-based private equity firm Elvaston Capital Management on a strategic partnership with Brandnamic s.r.l. and Yanovis s.r.l., hotel and leisure software solutions companies, both based in South Tyrol, Italy. Following the acquisition, the combined group will specialize in the hotel sector and serve as a platform for software solutions that span all stages of the tourist experience. This reinforces Elvaston’s position as a consolidator in the market for hospitality software.
Brandnamic’s and Yanovis’ product portfolio includes correspondence solutions and newsletter systems, a channel manager, a booking engine, and cross-selling tools. For over_3,000 customers, the companies complement their software portfolio with additional consulting and marketing services.
The aim of the strategic partnership is, in part through intensified M&A activities, to develop future solutions and anticipate trends in the rapidly expanding hospitality industry, which is an area of increased investment. The shared goal of the combined companies is to become a European market leader for software solutions for the hotel sector in the coming years.
Elvaston Capital Management is an entrepreneurial private equity firm specializing in investments in technology and enterprise software companies.
