Transactions Department co-chair David Ephraim was named Banking and Finance Attorney of the Year and also awarded the In-House Impact Award at the 2024 New England Legal Awards hosted by Law.com. David is renowned for his work in secured lending for the technology, life sciences, venture capital, and private equity sectors. With over two decades of experience, he represents many of the premier bank and private credit lenders in the industry in a broad range of transactions, including complex domestic and cross-border financings.
He is also a frequent speaker on the topic of secured lending in the areas of technology, life sciences, venture capital, and fund finance.
