MoFo advised B&A, a leading information technology systems integrator, on government contracts and certain corporate matters related to its investment from DFW Capital Partners, a private equity firm focused on providing growth equity and equity sponsorship of middle-market companies. This partnership will allow B&A to enter the next stage of growth and provide the tools for continued operational advancement.
