Morrison Foerster advised Enlightenment Capital, a Maryland-based investment firm, on government contracts related matters in connection to its strategic investment in Cryptic Vector, which provides cybersecurity, electronic warfare and secure radiofrequency communications services to the Intelligence Community and the Department of Defense.
The investment will allow Cryptic Vector to stay ahead of technological changes and emerging threats in its primary domains through continuous anticipation, investment, and innovation.
