Morrison Foerster advised Washington Harbour Partners (“Washington Harbour”), a leading private investment firm that partners with founders and management teams, in connection to SIXGEN’s acquisition of Boldend, Inc. (“Boldend”). Boldend develops leading-edge cyber and electronic warfare solutions, empowering the U.S. Government’s operations in an evolving threat landscape. This acquisition comes only one month after SIXGEN’s most recent acquisition of Secure-EE earlier in July.
As Boldend joins the SIXGEN team, the combined company will continue to provide unique and tailored cyber solutions for the US national security community. The partnership and collaboration of highly qualified and dedicated engineers, sharing similar cultures and values, will allow for rapid development of innovative capabilities and provide next-level solutions for our nation's best operators.
The MoFo team was led by Denver corporate partner Tyler Sewell and Washington, D.C. government contracts partner Damien Specht, Miami corporate associate Astrid Marie Menendez-Muharram, and Denver corporate associate Dylan Moore.
