Life science litigators Bindu Donovan, Todd Krause, and Alyssa Monsen joined Morrison Foerster (MoFo) from Desmarais as MoFo aims to capitalize on a growing demand for patent litigation from life sciences and biotechnology companies.
Alyssa spoke to ManagingIP, saying that it became clear early on in discussions with MoFo what a “phenomenal fit” the firm was with the attorneys’ practices, and how the group was impressed by the firm’s “outstanding” work in life sciences patent litigation.
Todd further noted that the team felt drawn to MoFo employees, who were warm and enthusiastic.
