Life science litigators Bindu Donovan, Todd Krause, and Alyssa Monsen joined Morrison Foerster (MoFo) from Desmarais as MoFo aims to capitalize on a growing demand for patent litigation from life sciences and biotechnology companies.
Todd stated, “We had a great experience at Desmarais, we have a lot of respect for the people at that firm, but frankly, the platform, the people, [and] the vision here at MoFo, we think is unparalleled, and I think it aligned completely with our interests, our vision, and particularly our practice in the life sciences.”
Bindu, whose practice focuses on pharmaceutical and medical devices, also said that while they enjoyed their practice at Desmarais, “What we’re very excited about is being able to offer our clients the complete package of full-service abilities in a global manner.”
