Yi-Jun Kang Recognized as a Rising Star by Asian Legal Business
Yi-Jun Kang, an associate in MoFo’s Singapore office, has been recognized as a Rising Star by Asian Legal Business (ALB) in its 2024 edition. The list spotlights the next generation of lawyers in Singapore who are doing high-quality work and receiving endorsements from colleagues, superiors, and clients in the ALB review process.
Yi-Jun focuses on complex, cross-border commercial litigation and arbitration. She has a broad range of experience, across a variety of industry sectors, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, shareholder, energy, and intellectual property disputes. In her complex cross-border commercial arbitration work, she has represented numerous conglomerates and multinational corporations in commercial arbitrations conducted under, amongst others, the International Chamber of Commerce, Singapore International Arbitration Centre, Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre, London Court of International Arbitration, and United Nations Commission on International Trade Law arbitration rules.

Yi-Jun is qualified in Singapore and England and Wales, and she is bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese.
