Morrison Foerster Attorneys Reappointed to Leadership Positions in the ABA Antitrust Law Section

Morrison Foerster is pleased to announce seven members of its global antitrust law practice have been reappointed to leadership roles with the American Bar Association (ABA) Antitrust Law Section for the 2024–2025 term, including:

• Jeff Jaeckel, who will continue to serve as editor of Antitrust Magazine;

• Alexander Okuliar, who will continue to serve as co-chair of the Joint Conduct Committee;

• Lisa Phelan, who will continue to serve as co-chair of the International Cartel Task Force;

• Megan Gerking, who will continue to serve as editor of The Antitrust Source;

• Bonnie Lau, who will continue to serve as a vice chair of the Section’s Women.Connected Committee;

• David Shaw, who will continue to serve as co-chair of the Section’s Exemptions and Immunities Committee; and

• Evan Harris, who will continue to serve as a Young Lawyer Representative of the Agriculture & Food Committee.
