Morrison Foerster’s IP Litigation Powerhouse Recognized by Chambers USA 2024

Following a wildly successful year in which Morrison Foerster was named the Intellectual Property Law Firm of the Year, MoFo matched its performance by again receiving Band 1 recognition in: Patent Litigation (California); Trademark, Copyright & Trade Secrets (California); and Intellectual Property: Appellate (Nationwide). The firm was also highly ranked for:

• Intellectual Property (Nationwide);
• Intellectual Property: Litigation (District of Columbia); and
• International Trade: Intellectual Property—Section 337 (Nationwide).

• Bita Rahebi, co-chair of the firm’s global IP Litigation Group, was ranked highly for Patent Litigation. • Joe Gratz, also a San Francisco-based partner, was ranked Band 2 for Trademark, Copyright & Trade Secrets (California).
