Carrie H. Cohen spoke to the Wall Street Journal about U.S. Senator Bob Menendez’s public corruption trial and the risks of those cases, drawing from her experience as a former public corruption prosecutor to share insight.
“A prosecutor has to be laser-focused on the evolution of public corruption law,” Carrie said. “You need to be thinking, if and when this goes to the Supreme Court, will the Court narrow [the applicable laws] again?”
