Bonnie Lau spoke to Daily Journal regarding California Senior Assistant Attorney General Paula Blizzard’s plans to reinvigorate the state’s long-dormant criminal antitrust enforcement under the California Cartwright Act.
“We are not aware of other states that plan to announce a state criminal antitrust program, but certainly the State AGs coordinate frequently, and Paula made reference on the panel to her plan to closely coordinate with other state agencies and the federal DOJ,” said Bonnie.
