Morrison Foerster served as government contracts and national security counsel to Arlington Capital Partners, a Washington, D.C.-based private equity firm focused on middle market investment opportunities in growth industries, in its acquisitions of Pegasus Steel, Metal Trades and Merrill Technologies Group, which resulted in the formation of Keel Holdings, a leading manufacturer of complex structures for the highest priority programs within the Navy, Army, and Air Force.
