MoFo Adds BraunHagey Corporate Leader In San Francisco

Law360 covered the arrival of Dan Harris as a partner in MoFo’s Emerging Companies + Venture Capital (ECVC) Group, based in its San Francisco office. Dan was head of BraunHagey & Borden’s corporate practice and specializes in startups and venture capital.

Peter Fusco, chair of the ECVC Group, said, “Being able to get Dan and fold him into the practice and have him grow with us was a huge priority. We put a lot of focus into it to make sure we ended up with Dan and no one else did.”
