Andrew Turnbull spoke to Inc. regarding the United States’ Office of Personal Management’s recent rule barring most federal employers from using wage history when deciding an employee's salary.
Andrew discussed how the ruling may have an impact on private employers, stating, “This initiative in itself, particularly for federal contractors, will certainly have them look at their practices. I think we're also going to have to see what the enforcement mechanisms are here. Some of these state laws have very hefty enforcement mechanisms.”
