New MoFo Partner Sees Boom in Dealmaking, Secondaries

Chris McKinnon was featured in Venture Capital Journal, speaking about his legal career with startups and VC investors and the year ahead for the venture ecosystem. He stated, “I’m seeing deal activity increase slowly but surely. We hit a trough in the last year so I think we’re going to be on an uptick, I think even the last quarter of the year saw a good increase in activity. Anecdotally speaking, I saw a lot more term sheets flowing back and forth.”
