Law360 featured David Cross’s opening statement in the trial for Curling v. Raffensperger, where a group of Georgia voters claim Dominion Voting Systems touchscreen machines are unreliable.
David, who represents the voters said, “…state officials have failed to take appropriate action to address issues with the voting machines despite a 96-page report written by University of Michigan computer science professor J. Alex Halderman that revealed vulnerabilities in the state's election system that could allow hackers to change votes or alter elections.”
