Chris McKinnon Named Rising Star by Venture Capital Journal

He represents financial and strategic investors as they deploy capital across the technology industry (AI, fintech, AR/VR, semiconductors, software). He also advises technology startups throughout their life cycle, from formation to capital raising to exit, in his company-side practice. 

Before rejoining MoFo, Chris advised a leading global investment firm, as associate general counsel and legal director, on domestic and cross-border investment and M&A transactions. Leveraging that experience, Chris provides clients with detail-oriented, pragmatic, and business-forward advice.
