Haima and Miriam outlined the details of the new SEC rules and what they mean for public companies, noting that the “new disclosure requirements will require companies to evaluate and adapt their disclosure controls and procedures, management processes, and governance structures around cybersecurity to prepare for the new environment of transparency in this important area.”
