Morrison Foerster represented Washington Gas Light Company in connection with its $200 million private offering consisting of (i) $150 million of its 6.06% Series 2023-A Notes due October 14, 2033 and (ii) $50 million of its 6.43% Series 2023-B Notes due October 15, 2053.
The joint placement agents for the offering were BofA Securities, Inc., Mizuho Securities USA LLC and Scotia Capital (USA) Inc.
