Morrison Foerster Strengthens Global Finance Offering with Addition of Jennifer Seipelt in Germany

Morrison Foerster, a leading global law firm, is pleased to announce that Jennifer Seipelt has joined as a partner in the firm’s Transactions Department and Finance Group, based in Berlin. Seipelt joins from another leading global firm, where she most recently worked in the Banking & Leveraged Finance practice group.

Seipelt’s practice focuses on advising private equity funds, borrowers, financial institutions, and debt funds. She advises clients on German and international financing transactions, particularly acquisition financings, corporate financings, and direct lending. Seipelt also has extensive experience in real estate financing and financial restructuring.
