Stacy Cline Amin Named Regulatory Attorney of the Year: FDA Pharmaceutical by LMG Life Sciences

Stacy Cline Amin has been named Regulatory Attorney of the Year: FDA Pharmaceutical in the LMG Life Sciences Awards for 2023. LMG Life Sciences Awards Americas’ 11th annual awards program aims to highlight the best in practice in the industry following a thorough survey of the life sciences sector. Winners were announced at the annual awards event in New York City on September 7, 2023.

Stacy Cline Amin leads the FDA + Healthcare Regulatory and Compliance practice within MoFo’s Global Life Sciences + Healthcare Group and provides strategic regulatory and business advice to companies in the life sciences, healthcare, and technology industries. Stacy previously served as Chief Counsel of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and Deputy General Counsel of the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), and she has held senior positions within the White House Counsel’s Office and health committees in both the House and the Senate. With her depth of experience across government agencies, she provides clients with an insider’s perspective on regulatory and compliance issues, enforcement actions, and litigation challenges. Stacy was also recently named to Law360’s 2023 Life Sciences Editorial Advisory Board.

As part of the 2023 LMG Life Sciences Awards, Morrison Foerster was also shortlisted for Patent Strategy Firm of the Year and FDA Litigation & Enforcement Firm of the Year. Additionally, Daralyn Durie, Deanne Maynard, and Catherine Polizzi were each individually shortlisted as General Patent Litigator of the Year – California, Appellate Litigator of the Year – Intellectual Property, and Patent Strategy Attorney of the Year – California, respectively.
