David Cross was featured in the New York Times’ article about a grand jury indicting former President Trump and 18 allies with multiple crimes related to a conspiracy to subvert the will of voters. David Cross, who represents plaintiffs in the lawsuit over the security of Georgia’s voting systems, said the breach could have allowed access to software used in all 159 counties in the state. Many of the details of the Coffee County breach emerged as a result of the lawsuit.
