MoFo’s Maureen Ho Recognized as a Law360 Rising Star

Law360 has named MoFo partner Maureen Ho to its annual Rising Star list, noting her talent in the private equity practice. The list recognizes the achievements of law practitioners under 40 whose “legal accomplishments transcend their age.”

Maureen has recently been advising Ascendent Capital Partners in the proposed merger of the overseas business of NetDragon, a Hong Kong-listed company, with Gravitas Education Holdings Inc., a New York Stock Exchange-listed company. She has also worked on multibillion-dollar deals between a myriad of companies, including ongoing complex arrangements following Alibaba’s acquisition of a stake in Ant Financial.

Maureen finds motivation in using her experience and knowledge to help clients overcome uncertainty and complexity and move the deals forward. Additionally, she values continuous learning not only for herself but also within her team.

The publication received over 1,350 nominations this year to arrive at its list of 183 legal stars.
