Morrison Foerster served as government contracts and national security regulatory counsel to Arlington Capital Partners, a Washington, D.C.-based private equity firm focused on middle market investment opportunities in growth industries, including aerospace and defense, government services and technology, healthcare, and business services and software, in its acquisition of Pegasus Steel, a leading provider of complex fabricated steel structures used for the construction of submarines, aircraft carriers, and other naval and industrial systems.
