Silicon Valley Business Journal Names Daphne Higgs as a Women of Influence

Daphne Higgs, a Morrison Foerster partner, has been named one of the most influential women in Silicon Valley by the Silicon Valley Business Journal. The recognition highlights women who have achieved excellence within their professions and made notable contributions within their communities.

For over 20 years, Daphne has been a trusted advisor to clients ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies. Leveraging her background in pure mathematics and corporate law, Daphne brings a business and quantitative perspective to technology transactions practice which focuses on AI, quantum computing, digital assets, blockchain, cloud offerings, open-source, and eXtended reality space.

Daphne also actively participates in the community by serving on advisory boards and leading pro bono matters. This recognition is one of several that Daphne has received, including recently named one of The Recorder’s 2022 “Women Leaders in Tech Law.”
