MoFo Honored as a Market Leader for Intellectual Property Appeals

Congratulations to Morrison Foerster’s Appellate + Supreme Court practice, which was ranked as a Band 1 practice by Chambers USA in its inaugural Intellectual Property: Appellate category. MoFo is one of only three appellate practices ranked in Band 1 (and one of only six ranked overall).

Deanne E. Maynard, co-chair of Morrison Foerster’s Appellate + Supreme Court practice, was individually ranked in Band 1 for intellectual property appeals, with clients remarking that Deanne “has deep experience in IP, and not only is she an amazing appellate lawyer, but she also has that ability to take complicated, difficult concepts and really hone them down to the core elements.”
