Morrison Foerster Ranked #10 on The American Lawyer’s 2023 Diversity Scorecard

The American Lawyer (Am Law) has ranked Morrison Foerster #10 on its 2023 Diversity Scorecard. This is the 13th year in a row that MoFo has earned a top 10 spot.

This year, Am Law changed its Diversity Scorecard methodology to include an assessment of the diversity in a firm’s partner hires, departures, and promotions. These changes, coupled with last year’s addition of factors measuring the diversity of a firm’s executive committee, office leaders, and practice heads, and a firm’s minority group representation, are meant to help Am Law better assess whether a law firm’s diversity efforts are sufficiently embedded in firm culture and sustained over time.
