With the addition of the premier litigation boutique Durie Tangri in January 2023, Morrison Foerster achieved new Band 1 practice area rankings in California: Intellectual Property: Patent Litigation and California: Intellectual Property: Trademark, Copyright & Trade Secrets. Showcasing MoFo’s deep bench strength, Chambers recognized four members of our team in the California: Intellectual Property: Patent Litigation section and two in the California: Intellectual Property: Trademark, Copyright & Trade Secrets, more than any other firm across those categories. MoFo is the only firm that is ranked in Band 1 across all of Chambers’ IP categories in California, having also been ranked Band 1 in California: Intellectual Property: Patent Prosecution, reflecting our status as an IP Powerhouse.

Our D.C. team also achieved notable success, with two of our attorneys achieving top-level rankings.
