Natalie Kernisant was featured in Law360’s announcement of the formation of its 2023 Diversity & Inclusion Editorial Advisory Board.

The board provides feedback on Law360’s coverage as well as expert insight on how to shape future coverage. Natalie was selected for her strategic leadership to advance recruiting and retention of diverse talent, and client development support in the area of diversity and inclusion. A former attorney, Natalie has been a diversity leader at Morrison Foerster since 2013 and was elevated to Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer in 2020. She works closely with the firm’s Diversity Strategy Committee and Women’s Strategy Committee co-chairs and leadership team.
