Christoph has more than 25 years of experience as an M&A and regulatory lawyer in the technology, media, and telecommunications (TMT) industries. He has a particular focus on complex transactions as well as the regulation of artificial intelligence (AI) and providing strategic regulatory advice to media and communications companies. Christoph has handled the acquisition of TV providers (ProSiebenSat.1, Sky Deutschland, N24, and Das Vierte); large TV-rights packages (UEFA Champions League, NFL, Bundesliga, and ﬁlm and TV-series packages); and cable network operators (Unitymedia, Tele Columbus, PrimaCom, and pepcom). He also structured joint ventures in the TMT industry (Visoon and netID).Christoph is an honorary professor at the University of Potsdam and lectures on European media law and digital platforms.
