Morrison Foerster advised Rubicon Technology Partners, a leading private equity firm that is focused on investing in and growing enterprise software companies, in connection with its strategic majority investment in a market-leading senior living software platform created by the combination of Enquire, Glennis Solutions, and Sherpa CRM.
