Co-chair of Morrison Foerster’s Investigations + White Collar Defense Group and chair of the New York Litigation Department, Ruti has conducted government-facing and internal investigations throughout Latin America and also proactively helps clients with their compliance needs, including conducting risk assessments, developing compliance programs, and providing training. Born and raised in Colombia and a native Spanish speaker, Ruti has counseled clients, conducted investigations, seminars and anti-corruption training in Spanish throughout Central and South America.
