Law360 Ranks MoFo as the Top Firm for Minority Lawyers in its 2022 Diversity Snapshot

Law360 has once again ranked Morrison Foerster first overall among firms with 601+ lawyers in its annual Diversity Snapshot. MoFo also tops Law360’s list of the biggest law firms with the most diverse equity partners.

Law360’s Diversity Snapshot “provides a window into the demographic realities of law firms at the end of 2021, a year when many law firms were engaged in a historic hiring spree and looking for opportunities to grow and evolve.” Law360 collected data from 295 U.S. firms to develop the 2022 ranking, using the same race, gender, and ethnicity categories as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission in its annual Employer Information EEO-1 survey.
