Latinvex Names Randy Bullard, Juan Delgado, and Ruti Smithline to Latin America’s Top 100 Lawyers of the Year

Latinvex has named partners Randy Bullard, Juan Delgado and Ruti Smithline, to its list of Latin America’s Top 100 Lawyers.

As a partner in the firm’s Corporate Group, Randy represents multinational clients in connection with cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, securities offerings, and financing transactions throughout Latin America, the Caribbean, Europe, and the United States. He has advised numerous European global corporations on the establishment and development of their U.S. presence, as well as on their Latin America operations. He also represents international issuers in equity and debt offerings and exchange listings.

Juan, a partner in the firm’s Corporate Group, represents domestic and international entities in their mergers and acquisitions, private securities offerings, and bank financings. He has significant experience advising financial institutions throughout Latin America.

Co-chair of Morrison Foerster’s Investigations & White Collar Defense Group and chair of the New York Litigation Department, Ruti conducts government-facing and internal investigations throughout Latin America and also proactively helps clients with their compliance needs, including making risk assessments, developing compliance programs, and providing training. A native Spanish speaker born and raised in Colombia, she is able to provide guidance to her clients without a need for translation.
