Morrison Foerster was delighted to support the PERE Asia Summit, held in Singapore, May 31, to June 2, 2022. The event was attended by 400+ real estate professionals and investors from around the globe.

Singapore Managing Partner, Shirin Tang and Singapore Real Estate Partner, Paul Davis, both spoke at the conference.

Shirin moderated a panel on “What is the next big thing?” where the panelists explored the hottest real estate sectors, alternative real estate sectors, and how disruptive technologies are playing a key role in increasing profitability for investors.

Paul facilitated the panel, “Digital real estate – investors and operators discuss how to successfully manage data center operations” during which the speakers discussed how Asia Pacific’s technology hubs are reshaping regional real estate and what the data centers of the future will look like.
