Three Morrison & Foerster attorneys named IFLR1000 Women Leaders 2022 – Asia Pacific

Hong Kong-based Marcia Ellis is the global chair of MoFo’s Private Equity Group and focuses her practice on private equity transactions and complex mergers and acquisitions involving companies, real estate, and other assets located in Asia. She has appeared on the list every year since it was first published in 2018, and was recognized for her expertise in the areas of M&A and private equity. Marcia was also recently named to Law360’s 2022 Private Equity Editorial Board and under her leadership the MoFo Private Equity Group has for the first time ever been named Private Equity Group of the Year by Law360.

Shanghai-based Ruomu Li focuses her practice on complex mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, and venture capital investments. She has extensive experience representing U.S., China, and international financial and strategic investors in connection with a broad range of transactions in the technology and life sciences industries. Ruomu was recognized for her expertise in the areas of M&A and private equity.

Vivian Yiu is based in Hong Kong and has more than 20 years of experience advising on a broad range of corporate transactions, including significant experience in Hong Kong capital markets primary and secondary offerings, PIPEs, and public M&A transactions (including takeovers and privatizations) and other M&A transactions. This is the second consecutive year that she has been honored for excellence in the areas of M&A and corporate finance.
