Anthony (Tony) Fiotto was named to Law360’s 2022 Massachusetts Editorial Board. Tony, a partner in MoFo’s Boston office, has more than 30 years of experience representing clients in general commercial and securities litigation, as well as M&A disputes. He is a seasoned trial lawyer with significant first chair experience and is also highly regarded for his work in mediations and arbitrations.
Arturo González was named to Law360’s 2022 Trials Editorial Board. One of the nation’s top trial lawyers, Arturo is chair of MoFo’s Commercial Litigation + Trial Practice Group, and has served as lead trial counsel in a number of significant matters, obtaining multiple record jury verdicts.
Eric Akira Tate was named to Law360’s 2022 Employment Authority Discrimination Editorial Board. Eric is co-chair of MoFo’s Global Employment + Labor Group, representing technology and other companies in bet-the-company trade secrets and employee mobility cases.
Marcia Ellis was named to Law360’s 2022 Private Equity Editorial Board. Marcia is the global chair of MoFo’s Private Equity Group and focuses her practice on private equity transactions and complex mergers and acquisitions involving companies, real estate, and other assets located in Asia.
Mark Whitaker was named to Law360’s 2022 Intellectual Property Editorial Board. Mark is co-chair of MoFo’s Global IP Litigation practice and cross-disciplinary Intellectual Property Group. Mark has more than 30 years of experience crafting litigation strategies in high-stakes patent and trade secret litigation.
Tritia Murata was named to Law360’s 2022 Employment Authority Wage & Hour Editorial Board. Tritia is co-chair of the MoFo’s Global Employment + Labor Group, litigating complex cases involving claims related to alleged wage and hour violations, trade secret misappropriations, employee and customer raiding, and unfair competition.
