Alex Okuliar spoke to Law360 about his decision to join Morrison & Foerster as co-chair for the global antitrust group after serving as deputy assistant attorney general for civil enforcement in the U.S. Department of Justice’s (DOJ) antitrust division.

Alex added that his experience will allow him to help clients at MoFo “navigate some of the key issues that are front and center for the Biden administration today, for both agencies, as well as other agencies around the world.”
