BTI Consulting Group Recognizes Colette Reiner Mayer and Dan Marmalefsky as 2020 Client Service All-Stars
Partners Colette Reiner Mayer and Dan Marmalefsky have been recognized by BTI Consulting as Client Service All-Stars for 2020. Now in its nineteenth year of publication, the award honors attorneys delivering notably high-level client service.
Recognized as a Client Service All-Star for the second consecutive year, Colette focuses her practice on intellectual property litigation, primarily high-technology patent litigation. Colette has litigated cases relating to a wide range of technologies, including semiconductor design and manufacture, data compression, cosmetic polymers, mobile application distribution systems, videoconferencing systems, sports trading cards, and data storage systems. She also counsels companies regarding fintech products and services, including blockchain. In addition to litigation, Colette frequently advises companies regarding pre-litigation risk assessment.
For more than 35 years, corporations and their officers and directors have retained Dan to represent them in complex matters, ranging from class actions to regulatory investigations to defense of criminal proceedings to serving as their appellate counsel in significant civil and criminal matters. He often simultaneously defends clients targeted by state and federal law enforcement agencies in parallel civil litigation and in regulatory proceedings before the DOJ, SEC, state insurance departments, attorneys general, and other government agencies.
BTI Consulting Group makes its award selections based solely on in-depth, telephone-based interviews as part of its ongoing Annual Survey of General Counsel. No law firm submissions, self-referrals, firm referrals, suggestions, or payments are accepted for inclusion. You can view the list of those recognized on BTI’s website.
