Trident USA Health Services Recognized by TMA Turnaround and Transaction of the Year Awards

Turnaround Management Association (TMA) has recognized Trident USA Health Services in the Large Company Turnaround category as part of its Turnaround and Transaction of the Year Awards.

James M. Peck, head of the firm’s cross-border restructuring practice, has been praised for his extraordinary commitment to resolving disputes over the treatment of non-dischargeable claims that threatened to derail the Trident case. Former Judge Peck, as court-appointed mediator, participated actively in complex plan negotiations, helping the parties to achieve a successful restructuring. Mark Lightner, Of Counsel in the firm’s Business Restructuring and Insolvency Group, made a significant contribution to this great outcome.
