Germany’s digital industry association, Bitkom e.V., has issued guidelines for companies that will provide or deploy AI models or systems within the EU to ensure compliance with the EU AI Act. For this purpose, Bitkom has assembled a Task Force to write these guidelines. Christiane Stuetzle is one of the members on the task force and, together with Susan Bischoff, contributed the chapters on who is obliged under the AI Act, on the copyright-related provisions, and on transparency obligations.
