Privilege and Confidentiality Issues with Online Translators

Ryan Malloy and Alyssa Mahatme authored an article for the ABTL Report, discussing the priveledge and confidentiality issues with online translators.

The authors note that "a court could deem the use of an online translator to be a nonconfidential disclosure of information to a third party, potentially waiving attorney-client privilege, undermining trade-secret protection, or breaching a confidentiality provision."
