Practising Law Institute's 2025 FCPA Program

MoFo partner Ruti Smithline will speak at Practising Law Institute's (PLI) 2025 Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and International Anti-Corruption Developments program on April 9, 2025, from 1:00 - 2:00 p.m. ET. Ruti will serve on a panel titled "Ethical Issues in Compliance and Investigations" which will explore the ethical challenges of managing whistleblowers, handling internal company witnesses, determining the identity of the "client," maintaining data collection and privacy standards, and cooperating with government investigations.
