State of the Office Market

Morrison Foerster’s Mark Edelstein, Chair of the Global Real Estate Group, recently moderated a panel for the Real Estate Lenders Association (RELA) titled “State of the Office Market.” Held on Thursday, March 27, the discussion brought together industry leaders to explore market trends, challenges, and opportunities in today’s evolving real estate landscape.

Founded in 1991, RELA is a national not-for-profit organization providing a platform for real estate lenders to discuss industry trends and challenges. Its membership includes professionals from a range of institutions involved in commercial real estate debt, such as domestic and foreign banks, investment and merchant banks, credit companies, insurance firms, pension funds, opportunity funds, and REITs. The organization has eight chapters across major U.S. cities, including New York City, Chicago, Boston, Washington, D.C., New Jersey, Philadelphia, San Francisco, and South Florida.
