Morrison Foerster partner Eric Tate will serve as a panelist at the ABA Employment Rights and Responsibilities Midwinter Meeting on March 19, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. The panel, “The Future of Employment Litigation Following Chevron’s Demise,” will examine how Chevron’s demise will affect the way we litigate employment cases, including class and collective cases, and what responses we may see from the affected agencies.
