IP and International Dispute Resolution Seminar

Mark Whitaker, co-chair of Morrison Foerster's Intellectual Property Litigation Practice, will be speaking at the IP and International Dispute Resolution Seminar in New York on March 3, 2025. The seminar is a jointly presented by Intellectual Property Office of Singapore, World Intellectual Property Organization |ADR, and Penn State Dickenson Law School.

Mark's discussion will cover complex case management and the coordination of global discovery efforts, including concurrent international multidistrict and ITC actions. He will also share insights from his experience in the Navy and as a JAG, focusing on federal statutes impacting both government and commercial activities, such as the Patent Act, FOIA requests, and the Federal Tort Claims Act.
