The FCBA Judicial Committee will sponsor a CLE on Wednesday, February 5 from 2:00 - 4:00 pm EST entitled "Cutting Edge Issues in FCC Litigation." This program will be held virtually via Zoom.
Joe Palmore, co-chair of Morrison Foerster's Appellate + Supreme Court practice, will be moderating a panel focusing on how the Hobbs Act applies in collateral challenges to FCC rules. The panel will specifically discuss the McLaughlin v. McKesson case, which recently heard oral argument on this issue in the Supreme Court.
