James will speak on a panel titled, "FEPA as a Gateway to More FCPA Prosecutions? Ed will speak on a panel titled, "Negotiating a Corporate Resolution: Practitioners Share Insights on the Evolving Landscape of Settlements and Cooperation Credit," which will discuss current trends in corporate settlements, the role of self-disclosure in today's settlement landscape, what constitutes "immediate" action, determining the appropriate time to engage outside legal counsel, and more.
ACI's Annual International Conference on the FCPA brings together leading in-house counsel, defense lawyers, government officials, and third-party experts to discuss updates on the FCPA and applicable anti-corruption laws and procedures to prevent inappropriate payments.
