Please join the GSAS Harvard Biotech Club and Morrison Foerster for a six-week Virtual Patent Law Course.
Now in its sixth year, this course is designed for students, postdocs, and industry members with life sciences backgrounds who are interested in learning more about intellectual property (IP) law. MoFo’s Patent Law Course is a combination of lectures and interactive workshops introducing you to IP law with an emphasis on key life sciences patent issues, technology developments, patent licensing, and company formation. Each session will teach important elements of life sciences law through discussions of court cases and practical examples. You will be introduced to the teaching style followed by U.S. law schools and this course is designed to familiarize you with life at a patent law firm.
Attendees will be required to attend at least 80% of the online course and the first session is mandatory to set the foundation for our program. Attendees who participate in at least four sessions will receive a Certificate of Completion.
